Visa & Entry Requirements

How to get to Kasane

The nearest airport to the conference venue is Kasane International Airport (https://www.caab.co.bw/kasane-international-airport/). It is located approximately 4 km south of Kasane. The airport can be accessed from the following locations:

  • Airport to Hotel Transfer: Shuttle service available from hotels, please inquire.
  • Daily Hotel to Conference Venue Transfer: A shuttle service will be provided.
  • Car Rentals: Available at the airport.
